Requests are usually confirmed within about 3 hours. If you are booking for the same day and have not heard back in that time, call rather than wait.
Appointments take place at Salon Azure & Spa or at Maria's private studio, depending on the day and availability. She confirms which one when she confirms your time.

Booking & timing
- Deposit
- A $25 non-refundable deposit holds your slot and comes off the cost of your service. It can be sent by Cash App, Zelle or Apple Pay — Maria shares the details once your request comes through, and confirms your time after the deposit is paid.
- Confirmation
- Requests are usually confirmed within about 3 hours. If you are booking for the same day and have not heard back in that time, call rather than wait.
- Arriving
- Please arrive on time. There is a 15 minute grace period — after 15 minutes the appointment is cancelled, unless we have discussed it beforehand.
- Cancelling or rescheduling
- Give at least 24 hours notice. Anything later means the deposit is lost.
- No call, no show
- Missing an appointment without letting me know means paying half the cost of the service before booking again.
- Guests
- No extra guests unless we have discussed it beforehand.
- Address
- The address is sent 24 hours before your appointment.
- Add-ons
- Select your add-ons when you book so enough time is set aside for your appointment.
Before a lash appointment
- Come with clean lashes
- No eye makeup and no contact lenses.
- No caffeine
- Skip caffeine before any lash service.
